John T. Moon
, MD
Dr. John M is the Founder and Principal Investigator of BIMIT Lab.
Dr. Moon is passionate about bringing novel, minimally-invasive technologies to patients through outside-the-box innovations. He has been awarded and serves as PI of multiple device-related grants, and is a named inventor on multiple patents.
Dr. Moon is also a mentor to the Biomedical Acceleration and Commercialization Center of Albany Medical College, an alumnus of the Central New York Biotech Accelerator, and the Founder of Bioflow, a medical device company.
He works closely with engineering collaborators at both Emory University and Georgia Institute of Technology to bring cutting-edge technologies to the forefront of patient care.
