Maxwell Cooper, MD
Dr. Maxwell Cooper is a Co-PI in the BIMIT Lab and currently a resident physician in the Department of Radiology at Emory University Hospital.
He is passionate about developing novel technology involving minimally invasive and image-guided procedures to solve important clinical needs. Dr. Cooper currently serves as the Co-PI on multiple device-related grants and a named inventor on multiple patents.
He works as part of a collaborative team involving the Emory University Division of Interventional Radiology and engineers from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Cooper is also passionate about medical education and is a Co-Founder of both DaVinci Academy and Benchmark IR, companies that produce medical education videos and podcasts.
